#THEWORLDISLISTENING

Towards the end of last year TBWA\CHIAT\DAY got in touch to ask us to provide type treatments for a social media project aimed at emerging musicians which would give them the chance to have their tracks tweeted out by some of music’s biggest icons. GRAMMYAMPLIFIER.COM was born and has now officially launched across America in the run up to the Grammy’s on February 10th.

These very nice photographs were taken by James Minchin.

God Bless America

8 days, 10 gallons of paint, 15 cans of spray paint and over 100 Posca pens, yes yes we have officially finished the 52 foot wall at the US Open of Surf! Lets just say our Nike Fuel band points went through the roof! A big big thank you to Nike Action Sports for the opportunity to come to the event and do our thing! Congrats to Julian Wilson and Lakey Peterson on taking the Mens and Womens Surf titles respectively!

The mural included a selection skeleton riders based on Nike Surf and Skate athletes, including Julian Wilson, Carissa Moore, Kolohe Andino, Eric Koston and Omar Salazar. Super nice guy Omar stopped by to see his skeleton rider repping the Doom Sayers tee! And we also got to meet legend Jeff Ho of Dogtown & Z-Boys fame.
